    • Thank you Terry for your Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, I love reading your blog about your cats also. We need to be careful all the time when out with our dogs because of the poisons and junk on the streets.

  1. Nili looks beautiful amongst the daisies! Thank you for publishing this list, it’s so important to know what to look for and who to call. I was eating chocolate covered raisins one day, and a very tiny one fell on the floor. Before I had a chance to pick it up my foster dog ate it. Of course I called the vet right away even though it was so small. As expected they recommended I bring him in, and they made him throw it up. When he came out it’s like nothing happened, he was absolutely fine. It’s definitely not worth taking the risk because it could have caused serious kidney damage.

    • Thanks for your compliment, I love that photo too. It is so important to watch our dogs like hawks because of the poisons because if we do and prevent accidents there will not be vet bills. I am so careful what I eat when around Nili and always have a plate under to catch anything as I would rather be safe than sorry

  2. It sounds like Nili had a great week! The sun has been shining here too, but it’s been cold. I think by mid-week, we’re supposed to warm up to the low 70s. I’ll love, but poor Henry is still longing for more snow. At least the lizards should be coming out soon to taunt him as he tries to chase them.

Calling attention to pet poison prevention is so important! I’m often surprised that people don’t realize what’s toxic to their buddy or that some things are fatally toxic. Super article! Very important!

Henry says Nili needs a cookie to get ready for a fun weekend!

    • Terri I cannot wait to see the photos of the lizards, sounds like so much fun. The importance of knowing what is poison is so important for everyone and like
you it surprises me that pet parents do not know. Nili woofs lots of cookies for Henry please. Have a wonderful week

  3. This is very important information. You trust your parents to keep you safe so you can go play without a care, so it’s good to share the news.

  4. It is beyond important that people are educated about the dangers around us. Things we often think are ‘fine’ are unsafe. Who knew that fabric conditioner sheets are dangerous. They are so popular and everywhere! Thank you for a very important post Nili!

    • Marjorie I agree it is so important and I am learning every day too, it is so important to share so others learn and keep their pets safe. Nili woofs thank you for reading and sharing this post
